OUR ORIGINS:

It is the year 1994 when Sierra de Jabugo, S.L. begins its journey in the exciting world of production and marketing of products derived from the Iberian pig. Ours is a family business in which, thanks to the effort and joint efforts of the Bomba Gomez family and our staff, we have managed to consolidate it as one of the companies with the highest production capacity in the Sierra de Huelva.

It was El Repilado, municipality of Jabugo in the Sierra de Aracena and Picos de Aroche Natural Park, the place chosen as the nerve center of operations after considering it for its location, surrounded by thousands of hectares of oak and cork oak, in addition to its microclimate , unique enclave for the fattening of our pigs.

Maxims such as quality, good workmanship or respect for the environment that surround us, make our Iberian hams and Iberian shoulder ham cure in natural dryers taking the relevant time for it, reaching 48 months in the cases of the pieces with the greatest healing.

It is this that makes us unique and able to live up to the demands demanded by an increasingly elitist and professional market. These are prestigious houses that increasingly place their trust in us in choosing us as their main supplier of cured iberian meats and quality hams.
