Semi-ripened cheese, with a very mild and slightly spicy flavor. Compact paste of yellowish ivory color, eyes of irregular size distributed homogeneously.

Made with a minimum of: 30% sheep’s milk, 30% goat’s milk and 20% cow’s milk. More than 6 months of healing.

Cylindrical format, oil-colored bark and approximate weight of 3 kg (whole cheese).

Semi-cured cheese “Villalaguna” is a good companion for our Iberian sausages.

Made in cheese with raw milk 100% Sheep, Goat and Cow.

Intense flavor, slightly spicy.

Vacuum packed. It is advisable to take it out 1 hour before being consumed.

Consume directly, raw, without culinary preparations. It is recommended to serve at room temperature, so that the taste and aroma of the product will be shown with all its intensity. Store in refrigeration between 4 ° C and 8 ° C.
