We have stock to serve them from 4 to 6 kg.
We have this shoulder in stock in three formats:
- Complete piece, where the ham is sent as it is in our natural cellar, from our factory in the Sierra de Jabugo and according to the weight that interests you. It will arrive in a case and a normal transport box.
- Boneless, where the palette is cleaned its outer crust, removed the bone, chopped according to the client’s taste and vacuum packed.
Sliced, by professional knife cutter in comfortable envelopes and vacuum packed.
Traceability during the entire production process is controlled by an external certifier.
Quality of the iberian “bellota” shoulder certified.
External certifier accredits the Iberian breed of pigs and the feeding of acorns that has been practiced.
They qualify the quality of the pieces.
