Cheese made by hand in the Sierra de Huelva from 100% goat milk.

Of singular and soft flavor, presents a clean cut without holes. The cheeses have a maturation of 2 to 3 months.

We serve them in whole pieces of about 900 grams.

The exquisite artisan goat cheese is another of the gourmet products of our stores.

Cattle grazing and cattle raising in extensive, is another of the main exploitation resources, which has the Natural Park of the Sierra de Aracena and Picos de Aroche in the north of the province of Huelva.

This dairy only produces cheeses that are cured from raw or pasteurized milk.

These cured cheeses made from the goat milk of murciano granada, malagueña, florida and blancaserrana.

We have other types of cured and semi-cured cheeses.

This is an ideal product to accompany the Iberian hams and shoulders in your order.
