Pork loin from 100% Iberian pigs fed naturally with acorns during the montanera season. Therefore, this loin is called acorn-like.

The pieces have a cure of between 80 and 90 days in our natural dryers of the Sierra de Huelva.

We sell them in the form of whole or half pieces. The weights of the whole loin rods weigh around 1 kg.

The breed and feeding with acorns in montanera are supervised by a certifier.

This 100% Iberian acorn-fed pork loin of Sierra de Jabugo is a product made in a traditional way. With a cure of three months in natural dryer of the Sierra de Aracena and Picos de Aroche (Huelva).

We can serve full or 1/2 pieces, vacuum packed. If you select the weight of the piece you can see its price.

The elaboration of a quality product, gives us as a result a tender pork loin of delicate and pleasant flavor. With aroma to the plants, aromatic flowers and wild fruits. Cut into thin slices this gourmet product, at the time of tasting gives us culinary values of the first level.

Traceability throughout the production process is controlled by an external certifier, who accredits race and nutrition. And to qualify these pork loins 100% Iberian acorn.
